I've been having issues with other national chain pharmacies. When I tell you, Tammy is absolutely amazing. Almost 2 months, it took me to get a medication filled with no luck. I took Tammy less than a week And she actually called me to keep me posted. I picked it up today. Thank you sooooooo much. I appreciate your help so much.

My endocrinologist is in the same building as Concord Specialty Pharmacy. I didn’t know the pharmacy was there until I couldn’t get one of my medications at my then pharmacy. My Dr. informed me that CSP always had it. She sent my prescription there and I went to pick it up. My experience was so incredible, compared to that with big box pharmacies, that I transferred all of my prescriptions there. Tammy is intelligent, customer service focused, and very hospitable. They will have my business from now on.

After leaving my Dr.s office I walked into the pharmacy to discuss my chronic tenitus . The girl working the pharmacy (I believe her name was Tammy) gave me an incredible amount of helpful information about my illness. This was such a wonderful experience . I have never experienced such an obviously caring, smart & helpful pharmacist in the 3 years I have dealt with this illness & I am currently on my 4th neurologist. The wealth of information was priceless & I am moving all of my prescriptions here because of Tammy & I will be contacting all my friends & family and encouraging them to do the same.

We live about 30 minutes from Concord Specialty Pharmacy because they have been far more reliable than the big chain across the street from us! On our last visit to pick up monthly medication refills, they told us they deliver and we just received our medications at our front door. The customer service is always friendly and helpful also. I recently had an insurance issue and they worked hard to help me figure out what was wrong so it could be remedied. We won’t go anywhere else now. Thank you!
